Strict material testing

All the materials such as steel structure are from domestic first-line steel mills, and passed the harsh detection of SRON.

Laser cutting blanking

All plates adopts laser blanking, and cutting accuracy error is controlled at ± 0.05 mm.

CNC machine processing

All components are processed by CNC machine tool, with the brands of Tongkuai, Toshiba, etc., and the processing accuracy error of bending, sheet metal is ± 0.3mm.

Selection of accessories

The motor, reducer, bearing and other accessories of SRON equipment are from Chinese first-line brands, and international brands such as Siemens, Flender and SKF can also be used according to the requirements of owners.

Spraying and coating

The surface treatment adopts pickling phosphating spraying process, or shot blasting substrate treatment + epoxy zinc-rich paint process. The thickness of the film meets the strict environmental corrosion resistance requirements.

Solid packing

SRON adopts fumigation-free wooden case packing or steel frame packing, makes moisture-proof treatment for mechanical and electrical parts, and adopts plastic sealing packaging for list documents, to ensure that the goods can meet the requirements of multiple handling.

SRON has qualifications of general contracting for construction project, general contracting for mechanical and electrical project, specialized contracting for steel structure project and architectural engineering design.
