SRON's "Mauritania 4x300 tons cement silo project" was successfully completed
Recently, the Mauritania 4x300 ton cement silo expansion project undertaken by SRON was successfully completed and handed over. This project is an expansion and loading project for the owner's existing cement silo. It is necessary to build four new 300 ton special cement steel silos on the basis of the owner's original two 3000 ton concrete silos, and connect the new silos with the original silo system to achieve the function of integrated control.
Since this project is an expansion and reconstruction project, the process design of the project needs to fully consider the connection between the original equipment of the owner's factory and the newly built equipment of the project, and the feeding and discharging systems of the new silo need to be connected to the original equipment of the owner. At the same time, due to the large height difference between the original silo of the owner and the newly built silo of the project, in order to reduce the impact caused by the material falling from the original silo top chute into the newly built silo top chute, the design team of SRON effectively reduced the height difference between the equipment through the special design of the multi-stage material conveying system and the connecting chute between the equipment, alleviated the impact of the falling materials and the wear on the chute, which not only improved the applicability, but also achieved the economic optimal design while ensuring safety, which was highly recognized by the owner.
