Introduction
The HMC single-machine dust collector is a bag filter designed by absorbing the technologies of similar products at home and abroad. It is composed of four parts: shell, filter bag assembly, jet ash cleaning device and ash discharge device.
Working principle
The air inlet of the HMC type dust collector is set on ash hopper. When the dusty gas enters the hopper from the air inlet, it first hits the baffle at the end of the air inlet pipe. Due to inertia effect, the coarse dust in the gas directly enters the hopper which plays the role of pre-dust collection. The airflow entering the hopper is folded upward going through the filter bag with a metal skeleton inside, then the dust in air is collected on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas enters the net air box at the upper part of the filter bag room, and it is collected into the outlet pipe and is discharged out. The indoor dust bag is divided into several rows, and each row of filter bag is cleaned at a given time interval. When the pulse valve is opened, high-pressure air is jetted into the filter bag to remove dust on the surface of the filter bag.
