Introduction
Eight-nozzle rotary bulk material packing machine adopts side feeding, cylinder pressing bag and cylinder pushing bag. Also, it adopts advanced microcomputer control technology, multi-position cylinder opening gate structure, bag insertion signal gathering and many other advanced technologies to realize automation of the whole filling process except manual bag insertion. Its reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, functions, and technologies are international advanced level.
Packing machine can be configured with PLC system and HMI monitoring to realize manual control, automatic control and remote monitoring of packing system.
Structure and Principle
Eight-nozzle rotary packing machine is composed of manual spiral gate, impeller feeder, pneumatic switch valve, feeder, packing machine and control system.
Bulk materials such as cement are transported into vibrating screen by a bucket elevator. After foreign objects in cement are screened out, cement is stored in the middle silo. The flow rate of cement stored in the middle silo is adjusted by the manual spiral gate, after even feeding of feeder, cement enters the rotary silo through the pneumatic ( electric ) switch valve, feeder and soft connection from the feeding port of the packing machine. The cement in rotary silo enters the discharge hopper and is forced to be continuously filled under the action of a high-speed rotating impeller. The filling process is controlled by electro-mechanical integration. Except manual bag insertion, the whole filling process of cement bag pressing, gate opening and closing, filling, weighing and measuring, and fixed-point bag dropping are programmed and automatically completed.
