Circular stockyard is widely used in thermal power plant, coal, chemical industry, cement and other fields. Due to the different rotary radius of reclaimer, the diameters of stockyards are 60m, 80m, 90m, and 110m.
Circular stockyard adopts grid structure. It is a kind of spatial structure formed by connecting nodes in the form of a grid, and has high stability. The grid structure has characteristics of relatively light weight, beautiful appearance, simple materials, and convenient construction.
Intelligent system of circular stockyard: Through 3D laser scanning and data acquisition technologies, it can monitor the changes of material piles in the stockyard in real time and produce 3D graphics. The front end of cantilever of the stacker and reclaimer is equipped with automatic material pile height detection system which can collect pile height in real time, and automatically judge pile changing and walking according to the pile control model. Through 3D technology, data acquisition technology and automatic control technology, it can realize the intelligent control of material piles increase and reduction in stockyard, and unmanned operation.
