Introduction
Truss has a wide application in steel structure. Steel truss is commonly used as a main component of load-bearing structure in roof ( roof truss, etc. ) and crane beam ( crane truss ) of industrial and civil buildings, belt conveyor corridor and equipment corridor. While space steel truss composed by three-sided, four-sided or multi-sided plane truss is often used for various types of tower, such as tower and mast tower for television, electric power transmission, drilling, and crane.
